today evening around five I ordered chilli parotta from hotel sarabhavan ( puducherry) no one can bear that much spice.I got burning sensation .even my head is paining.when I asked them about this they asked me have I ever eaten chilli parotta before.They ask me whether I want someother order instead of refund.either I want my money back or The authority incharge has to have to eat that food.How come they can prepare this kind of food
