I ordered ice creams from Kwality walls on at 11:00 pm on 11 may . at first the order was late as the rider couldnt find mt location before that the restraunt took a long time to prepare my food ( ice cream) i was trying to call my rider for almost 30 min (had a word with swiggy customer care as well) but he voice was not aidible . therefore , because of the delay in my order my ice creams were completely melted and when i reached to the swiggy customer care they didn’t provide me with any relevant solution .
