Hi Team,

I ordered  food from zomato at 11:15 pm , 2Jan 2021 and the time of delivery was showing 30 min., but after 30 min. I tried to reach their delivery peraon but didn’t  got any response , then contacted restuarant  and they said order is prepared but valet didn’t came to pick up parcel, so i connected zomato support system and they indulged me for 14 min. And after that they said they will assign new valet , which got assigned but when he reached to restaurant then those folks defer to gave him food as he was told that food has been already picked up by first valet. (30 min commitment  and it’s  been more then 1.24 hrs)

Then zomato support guy named ankit called me and saying , u know we are nit able to track the first valet and cancelling ur order. (I was like what the hell is going on.)

Why these shell companies  are working and committing  something which they can’t fulfill
