I availed a emi option with flipkart paylater. I wanted to close the emi amounts, so I contacted flipkart support that what’s is the process to foreclose the loan/emis was informed to contact IDFC BANK. I contacted and paid the emis and loan got closed. Flipkart till shows the emi amount and when asked there customer support is not able to check with IDFC BANK. I raised complaint with flipkart escalations and provided the statement showing the paid amount but still they cant sort it out. Flipkart collection people keep on calling 5-6 times a day and worst these people don’t even check previous conversations. Worst support and escalation process this guys have.
