Sir/Madam, I beg your kind attention to the following fact,I have purchased two Venus warer-geysers on 17th and 24th January against Order ID OD114295549397314000 & OD114503015857430000. I got those two products delivered on 22nd and 29th January respectively. My intention was to buy inbuilt copper-tank,but surprisingly,I received inbuilt porcelain-tank.That is the main reason behind asking for refund.Date of refund issued by the authority was 10th February.Certainly,the concerned authority begun to delay and fixed that on 23rd February.I tried to keep my patience but they again changed that to 1st March. I,eagerly waited for a long period. Please look into the matter so that the authority take the Geysers and I get my refund.
