I have purchased Independent TV DTH service, During registration they told me that all channel will be free for the one year, I don’t need to pay any additional fee for It.
But recently they have been closed HD channels, If I ask regarding this they told me that the We can’t provide HD channel to you because its against the TRAI rules. I thought no issue it may be, so was not worried about it.
But recently they have been closed News channel NDTV India (ch no. 409), I asked them why did you close this channel, because it’s not a HD channel, then they told me that it’s a paid channel and I need to pay for it, I was became agree on that, I will pay for it but they have to open this channel
But eventually they told me that I due to some technical problem they can’t open this channel for me.
I am very shocked that they are not providing me this channel permanently, It is against the law they revoking my rights i.e Rights to Information

I have purchased plan for all free channel but first they close hd channels and now others also one by one without any reason.
I do not know how many chanels they may close.
