I ordered a sheetal associates women fit and flare green dress from Flipkart and got delivered on 17th july 2023and the size was not correct for me and I wish to return the product. I requested to arrange a pickup for my dress They created a return pickup and shared the expected pickup date. To my surprise, I received a message stating that due to product mismatch the order was cancelled. But no body come to my place for pickup then how the product was mismatched?? Immediately, I called the support team contct number 44 45614700 but the customer care executive talk rudely and told me to raise a complaint. I asked him the reason why i got return cancellation message but he talks badly .
And asked me to hold for 2 or 3 hrs then he will resolved my problem .I told him my query but he puts my call on hold . I must say flipkart helpline number is worst .
