This is 5 order I had order of Milk Powered because the amount was low so I had ordered 5 qty of different order but I didn’t knew I will get old stock and damage also due to poor packing from seller the product damage internally the milk powder supposed to come with safety polybag and have some air bag inside … But this seller does not do this all material was damage inside dur to poor packing and all powder came out of it .. we can’t accept this openly and damage Product in Corona Pandemic Condition Please arrange Reverse Pickup and take this back to u and refund my money back immediately

Continuously i had contacting the flipkart from when I had received this damage Product I had not get the resolution and flipkart had Blocked my order saying high return I had not return anything whatever statment flipkart will provide

Fine take the Product back and clear my refund I will not shop from Flipkart and Recommend all the family and friends not to buy from Flipkart

  1. Hi I ordered lg wing and the phone died.. now I lodged a complain as service centre is not accepting the phone due to authencity and I was informed that the resolution will be offered till 1 june 2021. Nobody called oe emailed the resolution and the complaint was closed.
    Everytime I was I am put on hold for 30 minutes and then the call disconnects.
    Kindly help me with the adr letter so that I can complain about this scam of flipkart

    All Payment done , Product delivered on 3rd August, Installation is still not done till 4th September.

    Several follow ups done on customer care Phone number and mails written, but result is ZERO.

    We feel cheated and request you to either get the installation done or take back your Product and refund the entire amount.

    All Payment done , Product delivered on 3rd August, the courier was without the gas tube, clips and lighter promised by their agent Siddhika Varma mob:7798045227 for which I have communication for the same.
    Now Flipkart refuses to take the product back.

    My flipkart account has been blocked for the last 3 years. My registered email id has been deactivated for the last 3 years. I have given a new email id to your officer,my new email id is not getting updated due to which there is no response from you.

    I Have complained about 11 times in the last 2 months, but no reply from you, every phone call from you gives a 3 days period, no change in 3 days period.

    I do not get satisfactory answers from your customer care officer, Every time I am getting the same answer from you.

    The reason my account is blocked is because of order cancellation but every order I have placed and that order has been canceled by the seller.

    In Which there is no fault of mine but due to the seller’s fault you have blacklisted my account.

  8. I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to provide further details regarding a recent and highly concerning incident involving one of your delivery personnel,
    Sagar (contact number: 7018591360). This incident is related to Courier ID OD429087378614735100 and occurred in Sujanpur, Himachal Pradesh.

    On the initial day of attempted delivery, Sagar refused to deliver the courier to the specified location and even attempted to cancel my order without my consent; he displayed highly unprofessional behavior.
    This was deeply unsettling.

    The following day, a different person contacted me, assuring that they were at my location to make the delivery. I was asked to share an OTP. However,
    after approximately 10 minutes, I received another call informing me that the courier had been forgotten at the office.

    Subsequently, I had to make additional efforts to retrieve the courier. It was sent via bus, and I had to travel a distance of 7 kilometers to collect it.

    This entire experience has been exceptionally inconvenient and frustrating, and it reflects poorly on the service standards of your organization.
    I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter and the implementation of measures to ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future.

    Sir, I had to return my 2nd pickup which had the full saree as per order id-OD329376725354470100 or the second oil bottle which was not a bottle, I talked to customer care about it and said it would be in 1st date but it was not even talked to my id. Was it blocked or got the date from 3rd to 5th, please tell me what is the situation, has the return date of oil also ended or will it be the same again? Now tell me when you will log in to refund my two picks or when will my account be opened, also tell me how you will log in so that the customer’s trust will be lifted from Flipkart.
