During the Big Billion day offer I ordered a laptop along with a exchange of old laptop for a value of 9750, Flipkart delivery agent after doing all the checks he told me we will take old laptop for a value of 1250 only so i need to pay them 8400 to his gpay number, but actual exchange value of the product was 8500 , he cheated me by saying the exact opposite. I have raised a complaint with Flipkart aswell.
