Text of Complaint by Garima Swami:

I ordered a product from flipkart and the delivery date given to me was 17Jully 2023. My order didn’t reached to me till 18 Jully. So, as it was written on the flipkart’s website’s terms and conditions, “they will provide compensation equal to the amount of product for delayed delivery”. So i called flipkart customer care for same, but they denied. Flipkart gave me new delivery date ” 19 Jully”.Didn’t received the product till 20 Jully. I got tired of all this, so had to cancel the order at last.
