have ordered iPhone11 (128gb) worth Rs 40,068 from flipkart on 26th Feb and the item was delivered it was an empty box. I did made the unboxing video while i was opening the packet and already shared the evidence to flipkart the same day along with many more images.

Flipkart Team is just delaying the updates and giving new timelines every time i call for an update.
First i was told that they will investigate and will provide the resolution by 72 hours
When i called on th they told me to wait till 4th to get the resolution
and now without informing me they have increased the date to 15th and when i try to talk to them they dont really give an update.
total 3 months 4 days waiting 300 time call and 200 time e-mail but Flipkart not help me
