FLIPKART and Kendlewood not attending my warranty claim of dining table

I have already emailed the below to Flipkart and Kendelwood. I ordered this dining table from Flipkart on 14/04/2023 and after delivering 2 defective products finally I received the 3rd product on 19/05/2023 which is almost after a month of the initial order. The seller’s name is Kendalwood whose official website is blocked/locked for some reason. When someone orders a dining table spending RS.15449 from a reputed brand of Flipkart, it is expected that it should last at least 10 years. However, the product is showing defects and its true colors just after a month of usage. Today on 5/7/2023 I noticed big cracks/gaps happening in the corner leg joints of the table. Please refer to the attached pictures for reference. I expect that this happened at least 10 days back but I noticed today and reported the same to Flipkart customer support. They simply told me that the return policy is over and they can’t do anything about it. My requests and concerns are as below – 1. I initially ordered the product on 14/04/2023 which was finally successful on 19/05/2023 after 2 faulty products were delivered in between. This whole process of delivery then unpacking then assembling then identifying the fault contacting Flipkart, a technician visit, and then finally disassembling and packing back, and returning the product was frustrating tiresome time-consuming, and affected my daily life. This is basically harassment that I faced from Flipkart and I can easily opt for legal action on this. However, the 3rd delivery was ok and the product looked ok I was using it so passed off the frustration and irritation on Flipkart. 2. Just after a month (I noticed it on 5/7/2023), the product starts showing defects where the corner joints start to come off and pasting starts to tear off. The legs of the table are getting disoriented and with this rate of ear and tear of the wood, it will fall off in a week or two. So I feel that the legal action against Flipkart for harassing me is again justified. Me being a customer, spends Rs.15449 and gets a product that does not last even a month? Is this a Joke that is going on here? I DO NOT WANT THIS CRAP DINING SET ANYMORE IN MY HOME. PLEASE INITIATE THE REFUND PROCESS IMMEDIATELY AND TAKE AWAY THIS SET. 3. Please consider this as my first step of legal action against Flipkart and Kendelwood Furniture due to the mental harassment and the quality of products that they are delivering to customers. I know that the return policy of 10 days has passed but the product still shows a 1-year warranty. So I want to claim this refund on this ground since it is useless to me. I do not need to hear any policy crap from FLIPKART on this and I want my return. I faced this sort of issue with another order in the past (OD224867687839425000) where I was able to get a replacement after a month so this is possible and I know it.
