Text of Complaint by Raman:

I have ordered a Samsung Smart LED TV (80cm/32″ HD read, ED smart TV with voice search) having it’s order ID No.OD119566274519826000 dated 30.09.2020 with 3year complete protection from Jeeves consumer services Pvt Ltd having invoice No. EAAAAB04515661 dated 30.08.2020 for the period from 30.09.2020 to 29.09.2023. On 28.03.2022 TV facing power issue then I complained to Jeeves consumer services Pvt Ltd for the issue facing vide complaint No.CLCPU28032200270 dated 28.03.2022. On 30.03.2022, service engineer came to my home, after checking the TV he told that the same should be sent to service center for replacement of defected parts. Thereafter next day, authorised person for Jeeves came to take TV for their service center to repair/fix the defects and I give/handover him the TV, person for Jeeves assured me that your TV be repaired within 5 to 7 days. After one week I called to Jeeves customer care to enquire about the status of my TV, the customer care representative assured that you will get your TV within further 2-3 day. Meanwhile I have also complained to this with Flipkart customer care, flipkart customer care assured me that they will contact Jeeves by themselves and revert me back and also assured that they will be touch with Jeeves for this issue and when issue will resolve you will be informed.
Meanwhile whenever I called for the status, person for Jeeves most reply that that your TV is on testing. After a long gap of 21 days, TV sent to my home by Jeeves representative. On the same day, after a great efforts Jeeves representative started the TV at my home and left. After about 2 hour TV again got turned off. Next day I again complaint to Jeeves customer care for the same power issue which faced earlier.
Service engineer came to my house, he told me that TV again will sent to service center for repair and defected parts change and also told me that your TV sent back without any parts change. Later on, flipkart customer care called me and assured that your TV will repaired by 03.05.2022 positively. On 05.05.2022, called me and told that your TV will be repaired till 11.05.2022 positively.
I am facing this issue since 28.03.2022, having lots of complaints and calls issue still not resolved. I am fed up with the service provided by *Flipkart and Jeeves consumer services Pvt Ltd*. I am depressed and highly disappointed with the services provided. I will not buy any product from Flipkart and will suggest all not to purchase any product from Flipkart in future. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH FLIPKART.
