I booked a flight for my brother via Travolook on 25th Feb 2022. Travolook canceled my booking stating fare changes and that my amount will be refunded. I did not receive my refund yet (as on 6th May 2022). I spoke with many of their customer care agents (namely Ghani, Junaid) – they say every time I will get my refund next week.
