- I made a flight booking on 4th feb using paytm. The transaction got failed and money 4522 was refunded immediately .
- Then I got a message from Paytm which said that my booking is on hold because the transaction failed.
- They sent a link in the mail and asked me make the payment again to confirm the booking. I did the payment and my booking got confirmed.
- I got confirmation mail from indigo. My PNR – IFBU8S was generated.
- But in my paytm app for this booking till date it’s shown failed. They never updated the booking id – 10271207064 with my new payment.
- Now, due to covid my flight got cancelled and indigo has a initiated a refund of 4243 on 21st july which is still not refunded.
- The airlines have confirmed that they have returned the money to the travel agency that is one97 communication /Paytm.
- I have raised several complaints. Total 7 tickets have been raised for my one query. But none of them is solved.
- I have spoken to 7 executive on phone. They all agree with me. They confirm that I am eligible for the refund amount.
- All they do is escalate the matter to the backened team. Backened team just checks with the same booking id and They just sent me an automatic email that they have already refunded the amount of 4522 . I myself agree that I got that amount.
- But I am asking the refund for the amount which I paid again.
- And it’s not my fault that they did not update it in their system. I have raised ticket for the same in past. I was told it will take some time. But nothing happened.
- It’s been a month now. I am tired of writing mails and callling the customer care executive. Because they agree with me but nothing happens.
- I have all proof – the airline confirmation, payment confirmation, messages. I have sent everything
- But no action has been taken yet. Please help me to take the matter ahead. So that it gets solved fast.
