Recently I have experienced many of my orders were cancelled by paytm saying their vendor failed to deliver the ordered goods. How it is possible? FOr all the orders I have made payment while booking only. Paytm made me to wait for 7-8 days and cancelled my ordergiving silly reasons. They have credited my money back to the account, no issues in that. My question is how can they display the stuff and accept our order while booking? Also how can they initiate for our payment if they dont have confirmation from their vendor? If their vendor is not supporting them, it is their headache. Why a customer should suffer from it? Also I want to know are they making money from our goods booking amount?Because there will be a minium gap of 10 days (from booking time to re credit from paytm if order is cancelled). I want to get justice. This is not a question from myself aloan. Even many of my friends are facing the same. Hence I am writing to you. If they cant deliver the order, they should return amount immediately or they should not accept our orders. If something goes wrong, they should find some alternative rather than creating nuisance to the customer. This is very ridiculous and cheap way of supporting customers from Paytm. I always wanted what I have booked rather than money simply by the reasons they gave and the time they took for refunding.
Please support me by questioning Paytm.
