I was in search of personal loan of 50k to 100K. I was checking for a loan app on play store and found app called “Creditlens”. I Just checked for my loan eligibility and found loan process was started for 15K. I felt Okay, not sure what went wrong, and I emailed the support team to stop the disbursement. But there was no reply and I have received 6k Amount against 15K. When I have emailed back they were mentioning the loan is approved for 3 different 5K amounts and for each loan processing fee is 2K. And may be you are yet to receive rest of the amount 3K. This people has cheated many others as well. Innocent people who tried to close the loan are not given proper UPI ID to be paid back which caused delay in loan repayment and charged 400rs per day.

An amount of ₹4,200 has already been deposited into my account. I immediately contacted HDFC customer care and requested them to freeze my account. I also filed a complaint with the National Cyber Crime portal. Now, the app involved is no longer available on the Play Store, so I have no way to repay the amount. The scammers are now calling and sending threatening messages to my friends. They have even threatened to morph my photo into a nude image and circulate it among my phone contacts. I am feeling extremely helpless and distressed. I haven’t slept the entire night and am experiencing suicidal thoughts. Can someone please help me?
