I have Huawei Honor play mobile phone.when i bought it from Amazon there was a scheme that once i recharge my Vodafone sim for unlimited pack, Vodafone will give me 10gb additional data valid for 28 days for 12 months.i recharged on 7th October for unlimited pack worth 509rs. I got 10gb additional data for 28 days,but the data did not renewed next month..how come when i m promised additional data for 12 months ,i get only for one month? When i tried to contact service center ,they said system is not working please call after 2 hours.i have called on 4 different occasions,the answer remains same”system is not working”. How can a big company like Vodafone train their employees to tell white lie to customers?.
