Text of Complaint by Avneesh Yadav:

Dear Sir,

Wrong bill has been generated by Airtel. I have taken the postpaid plan of Rs. 999 from Airtel that comes with 4 add on nunbers for family. After a month I changed to 499 plan in that add on nunbers changes to prepaid numbers. I have proper message from Airtel where it has mentioned that plan has been changed & add on nunbers has been disconnected. Still I had received the bill of RS. 1500. It’s unlawful, As I had received the message from Airtel that those connected had disconnected effective from 20th April, But Airtel has generated the bill with charging to those numbers also. Would request you to please look into this & resolve the conflict. I have attached the images.
