Text of Complaint by Rajesh Gupta:

Dear,
I recharged my mobile number – 8087050403(AIRTEL) on DATE-17MAY2020 with plan of 2398 amount debited from my credit card. validity and services are still not activated.
On Customer care number 121, 198 & 9890098900 there is no option to talk with customer care executive.
I mailed the same issue on 121@airtel.com but they are not responding.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
