I ordered a product from shinesummer.com and when I did the payment it went to Ankit Jain. This site does not have a login id or password for the customer to check and cancel the order. There is an email sent to my email id with order summary. When I click on view order in the email it showstshows order confirmation page without any cancellation or tracking information. I got a customer care number online for to this website which is also a fraud. The person said my order is cancelled and sent me link and asked to fill in the order I’d and Google mpin which I denied to enter and he disconnected the phone. Please close this website as soon as possible. And block the number so that no more fraud could be done. I paid 999 on this website already and was about to get bankrupt.
