Dear Team,
I am using Vodafone network from last 16-17 years (earlier it was under brand name of Hutch). My current mobile number is 8006484888 (using it from last 2-3 years). I got hurt when i came to know pathetic services offered by Vodafone like additional fake charges in bills as well as costly plans.
I wanted to port out from Vodafone to Airtel/Reliance Jio therefore i visited vodafone store, Pune. Store executive convinced me not to port out and migrate from postpaid to prepaid with same plan of reliance jio (Rs. 349 unlimited calls/internet/sms for 84 days).
Based upon request of store executive, i sent sms (P2P_mobile no) on 199 but i have not received any feedback or reference number for migrating. After seeing unprofessional response from Vodafone. I applied for port out request.
After sending port out request, i received calls of Vodafone migration team then call transferred to Corporate CUG Pune vodafone office, while talking with him he convinced me to be with vodafone postpaid existing plan and committed me that 10GB (4G speed) per month internet will be added in your existing postpaid plan at free of cost.
I checked my Vodafone app there one option is available 9GB Internet per month at free of cost but while i activate the same it could not get activated on account of technical issue (pls refer attached screenshot).
Would be grateful if you will resolve it without any further delay.
