Hi,

i am harleen ..i have 3 connections of tatasky.. last time i recharged was on 20th of july …at that time the price of secondary boxes were 300 rs but after my recharge …a new scheme was introduced that each box will be same rate …because of this scheme ..they deactivated my tatasky on 15th of august before one month was completed saying that i have recharged less…but at that time i have recharged the exact amount which was shown ie 1035rs.. i have also contacted the customer care ..but they are saying whenever the scheme is applied it is applied immediately…and saying i have to pay extra and they cannot do anything for it …this is a cheating …and i want strict actions against them……
