I planed to move this company who making people fool, even I submitted all documents to another Company. .Then Vodafone entered again in my life for ruined my life.
Vodafone employee Shruti (+91-9899066964) Vodafone relationship manager called me (25-07-2020) and requesting that don’t move to another company.
she offered me a new plan of Rs 199 +GST, and also a Gold pack which will help for better Internet speed, and that pack is free of cost or include 199 Plan.
Firstly I was refused his offer but when she insisting then I decide to cancel the port.
Now, my point is from that date to now, she is not picking up my call and my plan is not changed yet. Means she make me fool and I cancel my port request myself. when I called customer care and report this issue, she refused that plan is not exist.
