Text of Complaint by Snigdha Seal:

This has reference to my bill fo the month of May 2019 & June 2019. I have a fixed rental plan of 499 per month and historically have been paying the same amount since ages.

In both the months vodafone charged me extra amount of Rs 165 & Rs 120 resoectively saying I have made some video calls from my handset.

I mentioned to them that my handset doesnot have any such feature and I use watsapp videocalling to make any videocalls. To this they reversed my charges in the first month but that again levied the same in June.

I repeatedly kept on writing and speaking to them saying I have not used any such service which they refused to believe. I also challeged them to send their executive to use my handset and make a videocall beacuse i am confident my phone doesnt have any such feature.

But they refuse to listen to any logic and are constantly harassing me. I have been with Vodafone for last 17 years and am shocked at the level of harassment they can cause.

Please look into my case. It is not the amount of the money but the cause I am fighting for.
