We receive a call from this number ..9506981879she told to me hello sir we are from Paytm mall ..you won a bumper prize of TV/iphone7/referigirator, washing machine.. You select any one of the product and that product is free of cost…
but terms and conditions is you should have to buy 4000 rupees product from Paytm ..then I ask how can we trust this call is from Paytm she told every recent orders and my address and transactions than we believed this call is from Paytm…after that we paid 5360 rupees to her for bajaj aircooler ..she told along with bajar cooler your iPhone will be dispatched..
Next day we receive a call from another number 7084959914he told if you pay 10,000 your items will be dispatched otherwise product cancel..then we tell to him please cancel the product and refund my money.. He told to me that money is not refundable..then we contact Paytm customer they told me those are fake numbers we can’t do anything …we can’t help …

I have also received the same type of call from 99716 88318, all she told the same to same as above…….
I have received the same type of call from 8881195950, she told the same as above i.e. pick up any 1 gift and buy 1 product of rs. 4000 and you will received both products together….why PAYTM is not taking action on such scam..they should do something to prevent this..and how those people have our information regarding previous orders data…then how can we trust on paytm security??
I also get the call from same number .he told me to shop for 4000 and take a product free like Sony Bravia 43 inch , Voltas 2 ton ac , iPhone 8 plus , dell laptop , Samsung double door refrigerator . You can select anyone from these option.
The same type of call is received from 09073380001. Be aware of this frauds.
Today I received a call from 8881195950 stating that you are 1 of our 5 Paytm lucky customer and you have received a free gift of 5 products i.e., Dell Laptop, Sony Bravia TV, Iphone 8 plus, Voltas AC and LG Refrigerator which you need to choose only 1 product. I felt happy and i started question them can i trust you people.
They said Ofcourse sir, you can trust us and they are saying “How can we tell your previous order’s” this is 100% genuine sir.
Again i questioned them, If you guys are offering the free gift then why should i purchase 4000Rs of products in Paytm.
Yes sir, you need to purchase 4000Rs of product in paytm then only you are eligible to receive the product. T&C Applicable
I said i have never seen such kind of offer’s will paytm gives or apply.
They started saying ok sir if you dont want this offer i will cancel your lucky gift and cancelled my call.
I want question Paytm security and Team:
1. How they know my previous order’s.
2. If paytm is ready to give such gift to his lucky customer.
Then an customer should get an notification and alert sms to his registered number along with “PROMO CODE” as eg. “FREE GIFT” code.
Paytm never share their valuable customer related information isn’t?
