Text of Complaint by Sumer Singh:

I have transferred funds (Rs. 5000) from Paytm Mob no. account 9879635511 to Mr. Sumer Singh in ICICI bank (IFSC code ICIC0000811) account no. 081101502928 but erroneously I have typed 081101502920. The funds got transferred even when the names didn’t match. I have intimated  ICICI bank and showed them the name to which the funds were transferred. They told me to contact the remitting bank i.e, PAYTM. I have been trying  from 24-07-2017 and lodged complaint with no. 34388004 with them. I have mailed ICICI, PAYTM that this is wrong transfer and no one is looking into the matter. But till date PAYTM has not contacted ICICI bank to know whereabouts of the fund. My Funds are lying in the wrong account from July 2017 and no one cares. I have been mailing them and lodging complaints here and there but there is no one to hear what the problem is.
