Subject: Settlement of bill

Its been 2 months vodafone bard my services for the non payment of bill. So the story goes like this that i went to london where i used my internet for 5 -7 minutes and vodafone generates the bill of 13000 as I didn’t opt for their international roaming option. After i arrived they firstly generate bill of 5000 and bard my services without any information. I talked to your agent nxt morning and he said u hav a total bill of 5000 something and u need to pay 1800 at the moment your services will b activated by us and for the reat of the amount you will receive a call for the settlement. I paid immediately 2000 and it was activated. After two days they generate the bill of 8000 then after two days again it becomes 13000 wherein i already paid 2000 so its 11000 something now.

I again went to voda store on my weekend to sort and settlement in rajouri garden store and the girl there said there is no problem with your bill you already paid excess of 2000 so she activated my services. After the totall bill generation vodafone bard my services and didn’t called even for any settlement. I m continuesly callig them and I receive no reslution no is ready to help or want to retain there customers.

It been 12 years i m using vodafone but they dont bother i also posted on facebook and mail them my complaint but no reaponse. Now i hv receive calls twice but they are saying u need pay otherwise its your wish and you can discontinue. My question is y i will pay when a customer is calling u and u r not responding at all u dont bother a customer is chasing for the settlement again and again rather u shud do it.

I paid extra 5000 in order to use my services. I need to purchase a new wifi a new no a new instrument to call. Who is gointo pay all that. Where was vodafone when i was calling to settle it down n u people dont bother to giv a call or resolution wherein I didn’t used those services.

I m not the one who steal money from Vodafone but u people r disgusting and dont deserve to receive a penny from me now untill I receive a best resolution and an apology from you guys. None of your agents are educated enough to provide accurate and correct information all are liers one say something else and other say something else.first go and educate them. You generate fake bills and want customers to pay the same.

Do you really think that your customers are fool. I was having only vodafone and one number in total and guys dont bother to do anything. You agenta dont know how to talk. If there would have been any other customers they would have buy a new number jst thrown this number by now. You are giving so much of inconvenience to your customers do you really know? Who is goin to pay for the expenses that i have incurred due to non availability of my services ?VODAFONE ? Answer is no. Right? Then how u expect that your customer will pay you? for these disservices ?? Wao great customer severe you are in…

Iam seeking a response today itself, its been very difficult for me now and i want my services to b activated ASAP. I now my rights and will submit a complaint form legal.. i called vodafone thousands of tim i specially went there at store what all you expect from a customer. If you are not free then i m also not free for you guys..
