hi my sekf Abhishek and i am facing a slow internet problem i have jio’s 448 plan in which it gives me 1.5Gb per day but they are not providing me proper speed of 4G whenever i download anything it takes alot of time and show me speed around 45 to 80Kb (MAX). they are providing me 2G network speed instead of providing me 4G speed . i am trying continuously to talk with jio team since last month but no one in jio office is picking up my phone and whenever i try to chat with them they say sorry you can’t speed due to low optimisation but why when i check my speed in night at 2 to 3 am it shows me speed around 1 mbps but when i check my speed in morning its been stucked on avg of 50kb whole day. please resolve my issue no one in jio office is listening to me i have tried many times to talk with but they didn’t give me any response.

Tha taab customer care executive ne bola tha ki sir AAP thoda wait kar lijye apke area main kaam chal rha jaldi hi apki problem ka resolution ho jyagea or maine time pucha tha tu customer care executive ne 120days ka phir se time diya tha main or aaj phir call maine phir vo hi bola ki sir apke area Main kaam chal rha app wait kar lo tu maine pucha unse ki main kinna or wait karu tu unhone bola ki sir 120days tak wait kar lijye
