Text of Complaint by Kiran:

I have lost mobile on Aug 11 th and as it was a Sunday we have deactivated the sim to avoid the misuse of my account . After that we have contacted Vodafone store to get new SIM and to activate . It’s been 3 weeks till now sim is not activated . I have visited the store many a times, each time they will provide new SIM and saw procedure . They are making 9 th months pregnant women to roam around the store with activating the sim for no reason . I have raised 16 complaints and escalation on customer care . For that also no response. Because of this I couldn’t access my mails, bank accounts . In fact filed to my bills, emis . For no reason I have to pay interest and late payment of bills just because of Vodafone .
