Hi Team,

It is in regards to the number 9899121270.
I was in Thailand from _14 NOV TO 16 NOV_. I checked on the Vodafone app and got an add on and roaming activated to be used in Thailand. The add on was for 500rs approx/day and I hardly used my calls and texts for just 2 days according to which I should only be charged for the add on for 2 days.

Now you guys have sent me a bill of 14000rs including the charges for calls and data while I was in Thailand because as per you the add on did not get activated. That’s not true because I used the vodafone app to get that add on activated onto my account and it’s not my fault if your app didn’t process the request.

You have now barred my phone services which is frustrating. I request you to kindly look into the matter as soon as possible and put my services back on.
