1. My name is asan aliar from india.today my data has been deducted within 13 minutes from daily usage of 1 GB starts from 00.01 am.i have samsung A7 device and i have used only facebook for those 13 minutes.but my data has been deducted completely within 13 minutes.i contacted customer service immediately and they assured me of crediting my data on morning.but it is not credited and i contacted again,they are saying repeated words which are not acceptable.
   I have the screenshot of those messages from vodafone.its a complete cheating and Mr vignesh a customer care executive from tamilnadu,india whom i had a conversation who is irresponsible and didnt resolved my request properly.he is managing with the same answers.No one can download datas within 13 minutes for the speed vodafone is giving.i need my data back and want to file a complaint against those customer care executives.
2. I am facing these issues for a long time.This is unacceptable and i cant continue with vodafone if these kind of cheap  fraud activities.Within 10 minutes how a person can download datas by using a mobile device.i need answers from vodafone and i need a compensation
3. I want to file a complaint against those customer care executive who assured me fake promises and the one who talks with me is irresponsible and doesnt care about customers.his name is Mr vignesh from tamilnadu,india.
4. I am disturbed a lot from these.i lost some of my important works due to this.
