Text of Complaint by PRIYANKI BORDOLOI:

This is to inform you that on 6th of September 2023, I have ordered an OPOO RENO 10 5G phone on FLIPKART with an exchange value of 8k and offer of my previous Redmi note 7 pro. As per delivery & pick schedule my old phone should be taken by 19th of September. The delivery executive called me on 18th evening and I was not available at that time so I requested him to come on 19th as schedule was given till 19th. I waited whole day on 19th where schedule was still on but no one called me and when I checked at evening it was showing cancelled. After that I raise complaint and informed the matter for almost 5-6 times everyday to their new customer executive explaining the same. As I am a regular prime customer to them I didn’t expect that. After that they mailed me to sell my old phone in their selling site against which they will adjust my exchange price in a gift coupon. Why would I take that as I brought my phone on an EMI basis and I made the loan calculation based on that. Now I have to provide whole phone EMI price and is causing me problem. After that I tried many times but they didn’t called me back. I was out of town after that so didn’t able to raise my complain but now I thought that no one should be fooled like that from a reputed MNC. Each time it is not possible to explain the same matter to every new person.
