Text of Complaint by Veenu chopra:

Hi Team,

I have returned the Internet modem (broadband) on 29th July and supposed to get refund of 2000 rs within 60 days as per policy.
I have been calling customer care but they keep saying no idea when will I get my refund.

I am very much frustrated and stressful.

I have emailed and raised ticket in application but no update since last 20 days.

Ticket raised number 13796878
