have ordered item in from www.bassdeal.com. I have got that item through ecom express with an order ID details

But instead of SONY item I have received vivo MDR-XB550 headphones mrp is 1299 item. I want refund for the item paid COD 1599/- to ECOM Express executive
Immediately after identifying that it was wrong product, I have tried to address mentioned on ECOM EXPRESS EXECUTIVE. But all the details

I have approached ECOM customer service & they can’t help out & they are not responsible for 3rd party product items, they are just providing courier services to that bloody fake 3rd party company
After this twist I came to know that Order ID, tracking ID & product code all mentioned in ECOMEXPRESS was not their ID’s & those are from service. Then immediately reached out ecom customer service no mentioned in their official website www.bassdeal.Com But they not pick up call and provided m.no. was not existed. Then I came to know I was cheated.
