This is to bring to your notice that for mobile number 9167983340, I have recharged on 8th May 2019 for an amount of Rs.500 for Talktime plan. On the receipt that I have received which is generated by the Vodafone system it shows a recharge validity of 84 days, please see the attachment. Transaction ID: QCMP7520726466
I received a message on my mobile phone of informing me about the payment success and also the validity of the recharge coupon as 28days.
On calling the customer service at 198 of the error and definitely informing them of my discomfort of the error and demanding a refund or rectification of the error, I was asked to write to customer service for helping me with this error.
I did write to customer service and received a reference number for my complain no 2026096634. Customer service agent Ms Priyanka Madankar did call me and spoke about TRAI rules just to misguide me.
Hope this gets resolved at your end at the earliest and I am able to have the recharge validity of 84 days as mentioned.
