Hi
My name is Rakesh i booked a air tiket on 01st May 2018. But due to cycloan that flight has cancelled. So I asked for refund several times to customer care. And finally they send me a mail on 8th May that the amount Rs 6059.00 refund initiate. But till date I am unable to get my money back to my account. When called to customer care they informed me about RRN NUMBER 912814319266 for the refund processed and further assistance call to my Bank customer care or visit home branch. Then as per information I visited to branch they don’t have any information and same from the bank customer care. So now how Will I get my money back? I think these guys are cheating to customer care.
