Text of Complaint by Kaustubh Uikey:

Today’s morning I ordered food from app name ZOMATO I paid online. The address was correct but due to technical issue the pin location changed to somewhere else.

Due to which they refuse to send me the order. As I saw that the pin location is incorrect I called the delivery boy to inform him about this technical issue he consider my problem and contact his office to help me out but zomato’s consumer care service treated me in worst possible way then they charged money for cancellation of order which they cancelled from there side.

I asked them to either give my money back or else send me the food I don’t wanna discuss about terms and conditions they refuse and cut that call and cancelled the order
