I ordered a perfume from an individual seller named Ankit Bansal, who is from Chennai. He packed the product and shipped it to me via DTDC courier. On the sender’s slip it is clearly mentioned by DTDC executive of chennai that the weight of the package is 810grams.
When I received the product in Jamnagar, Gujarat, i went to the local DTDC office to collect the package and i opened the package there itself in front of DTDC executives as well as their cctv camera and what i found was the empty box without any perfume bottle in it. I immediately put the package on their weighing machine and found the weight 280 grams only. All these was done in DTDC office itself in front of their cctv camera. i also showed them the sender’s DTDC receipt showing weight 810 grams.
I registered a complaint at DTDC but they are taking no action against it, yet.
