Text of Complaint by Jai Prakash Singh:

Dear Sir,

I have a Tatasky DTH connection, which has Common Dish antenna for providing services to many customers in my apartment. On 15 March 2020, I complained to the Customer Care of Tatasky for non-receipt of Signal. The display on the TV screen was that it is raining or cloudy. But it was a clear weather on that day in Delhi where I reside. Technician came after inordinate delay and rectified the fault appearing at the Dish Antenna. On 20 March, my services to the Tatasky was withdrawn under the pretext of insufficient amount in my Tatasky account. I contacted Tatasky customer care at 0800 hrs on 20 March, 2020 regarding this issue. I was told that Rs. 150 has been deducted from my account thereby my account has become negative by Rs.20. It is worth mentioning that the services were terminated because of non of my fault. It was the fault of Tatasky Services as the fault was at the Common Dish Antenna. In the morning of 20 March 2020 I spoke to Ms. Renu Singh of Customer Care, she assured me that the deduction of Rs.150 has been wrongly made. My services will be restored as soon as possible. Till evening on 20 March 2020, Tatasky services were not restored to me. In the evening of 20 March, 2020 I spoke to Ms. Jyoti at Customer Care Executive but of no avail. Then I spoke to Ms. Glory the Shift Supervisor but of no avail then I spoke to Mr. Abhishek, the Floor Supervisor. Mr. Abhisekh gave me complain no. 1YPLZTOP dated 20 March 2020 raised at 0800 hrs. This complain was not given to me neither by SMS nor by Email. My services to Tatasky is not restored till 07:00 PM of today and I am unable to view the services of Tatasky. My Customer ID is 1143223202. I request that stern action be taken against Tatasky for not restoring my services
