Hi,
I had raised for a DND resolution today in Vodafone against an unregistered telemarketing number and i received conflicting messages from Vodafone stating it cannot be resolved “due to insufficient data” which is not true because i had submitted all the details. Added to it, i got another message saying it is resolved.
Curious about the plethora of messages I called the complaint cell at approximately 10 pm on 29th june 2022 and the complaint cell representative couldn’t give me an answer. I requested him to forward the call to his supervisor. He put me on hold but he didn’t know that the hold didn’t have an ivr. Their team is sitting in the background and talking and laughing. He picks the phone and tell me his manager is busy in another call. I wait and after 10 minutes of waiting the call disconnects. It is still fine, but when i call them back for the resolution, nobody is picking the call.
Why does a network have a complaint cell and a customer care cell (where also I called) and nobody picked if they cannot pick or service a client let aloan resolve his issue. I donot call Vodafone customer service or complaint cell because i am in love with Vodafone. I call because i need resolution. If a network doesn’t conform to the basic necessity of servicing its clients, then in the interest of the citizens of this country and the payment for the services offered, i request your kind lordship to do the needful and take action such that the users are justified by using a network by getting the service promised by the brand – Vodafone.
