Text of Complaint by Arun Kumar N:

I ordered a Chicken Rice Bowl (Jumbo) from Faasos – Wraps & Rolls, RT Nagar, Bangalore at 2:58 AM on 22/09/2022. The order number is 4353979854. I received the food by 3:30 AM. When the Zomato guy gave me the food package, the package was fully wet (due to spillage of gravy from inside the box) and the bottom of the paper bag was fully torn. When I took the package photo, I also noticed that the lid of the box was open and not properly packed at the restaurant’s end.

When I contacted the customer care representative and sent the spillage picture, the customer representative named Shishant reviewed the issue and replied by saying

“As I can check as per the image shared there is a very minor spillage. The order looks totally consumable hence we cannot share any compensation in this issue”

I was not worried about the compensation but was frustrated by the careless reply received. I would like to take this complaint to a higher level.
