Dear Team,
This is in regarding to the request I had made to reschedule the flight PNR 5WIEI9 to AIR INDIA customer care on +91124-2641407contact centre on 18.09.22 to change the flight which was scheduled to leave DXB – BLR on 18th Sep 22:50 for which the call agent M/s Nirmala had informed that a rescheduling charges of Rs.16,512 applicable for which I will send you the link to make the payment. The payment was made via SBI BANK NET BANKING. Attached screenshot of the payment made for 16,512 . Screenshot of the mail forwarded by the team to make the payment is also attached herewith. I haven’t received the ticket or the status or refund of the amount. When I call your customer service no one is aware of it. Could you please look into it and advise
