Text of Complaint by JANAM SINGH RANA:

1. Please refer to following :-

2. Above mentioned orders were created on 12 Mar 24 and delivered by courier company Xpress bees in a single pack at 10.59AM on 16 Mar 24. When this packet was opened we found both the items are totally different from the items we had ordered. The colour, size and quality of both the product everything is different from the ordered items.

3. At 10.58 Am to10.59 Am on 16 Mar 24 we have raised return request in view of wrong item has been delivered to us.We have also uploaded the photographs of the delivered product.

4. Whenever delivery boy came for the return pickup he rejected the item in view of item not matching with the online photos shown on Meesho website. So he updated the return status of order id 933452375448 as product failed the quality check. While the othe order id product is also getting rejected on same basis.

5. It is a clear case of cheating and fraud with customers. Your customer care is also very pathetic they are also unable to provide any resolution to me.

6. In view of the above, it is therefore requested that, my complaint may be registered with your higher authority. The product sent by the seller and other facts regarding product delivered to me in this case be scrutinised and then after a replacement or return of both the products be arranged at the earliest.
