I had ordered Samsung’s 500gb ssd in two quantities but I got EVM’s 128gb SSD in two quantities.
When I applied the return of this product, it was accepted but Flipkart area manager refused to accept the pickup and said give me Samsung product otherwise it will not be accepted whereas I have received evm product and my return region was also correct. At that time he kept the product with him for two days and left it at a shop without informing and after that the return was cancelled.
Now it has been more than 15 days but I am only being given the date, they are not taking the return of the product.
