Tata play is a disgrace, and i didnot expect such bad services from TATA group
Suddenly out of the blue one day “no signal displayed” for TATA play, then the signal comes back, this continues, then
complaint lodged, service guy comes, asks to change set up box, saying issue with that, we trust, and go ahead with
replacement, we are charged the set box price. After 2 days same problem reoccurs, when customer service is called, they
mention issue with card, and harassment continues. the problem is still not resolved
Note- While technician visited at home, the senior service center guys tries to push sell, new OTH platform box that costs 3
times, it takes us 5 mins over phone, to ensure he gets that we dont need OTH platform box and to stick to fixing the issue
that was reqested for.
I dont trust anymore TATA Play, and will discontinue, unless this problem is resolved professionally ASAP.
I urge everyone reading to be very vigilant, of these bad services and waste not only our money but also time and sanity of mind. I will share this also to TATA group leaders, just for their knowledge & action, on how things are at the ground for their
clinets
