Text of Complaint by Ruth Raju:

More than 10 times I tried to connect to paytm’s customer care number, it’s always damn busy. I mailed, messaged and tried every other way. But all was in vain. It’s been more than a month that my refund is still in process. I have not received the refund amount yet. I have given them the product. I do not have to give bank details. Refund is initiated but not processed.
