I have made an order from paytm mall on 23rd Sep 2018 which was supposed to be delivered on 27th sep 2018 but got delayed and rescheduled to be delivered on 29th September 2018.
I have not received any call from the delivery person regarding the attempt of delivery.
when I checked the status of delivery in paytm app it was showing that the order has been delivered on 29th September. While the courier agency is saying that they have delivered the product on 28th Sep.
I have no received the order. It was a pre paid order. I don’t know where the delivery person has delivered the order or kept the order with himself but I have not received it. The courier agency is saying that have taken the signature of the person whom they have delivered it but how am i going to verify it. A mere signature is of no use for me.
Delivering a prepaid order to any one without taking my concurrence is a gross negligence.
I have been trying to contact the paytm mall customer care no. but no body picks the call it is always on waiting. and moreover it is not even toll free no therefore my money again get wasted in my futile efforts of contacting paytm.
It was my first purchase from paytm and my experience with this purchase has been the worst in online shopping.
I am requesting you to either initiate the refund or deliver the order ASAP. My order no is 6093570378.
Expecting a prompt and positive reply from the paytm side.
