I downloaded dhani app but was not using it services but their executives continuously kept calling and when I picked up they asked me to activate the card by doing a recharge of Rs 10 but the moment I paid the money they charged me Rs250 so in order to recover my money I did a recharge of 239 and paid only the first installment and left 138 but I wasn’t aware about the subscription thing because they didn’t tell me that and now they are asking for about Rs 2000 and ruined my credit score. Please look into the matter.
