Text of Complaint by CRESTOE JABEZ FRANKLIN:

I have made a deposit of 7 thousand on the whole, as three transactions 1) Rs.2000, 2) Rs.2000, 3) Rs.3000, i have been begging around with the octa fx for the past 4 months and nobody is bothered to give a resolution, every time we contact the chat support it gets timed out in 2 minutes, and a new person comes to chat again, octa fx is having a faulty payment gateway and making the innocent customers to suffer. i have chain mails of 30 – 40 mails, asking for same details again and again even after sending them.

I have been contacting them for the past 4 months, i have given n number of payment proofs, but again im recieving the same email as like an automated reply.

Finally i spent one day going to bank in person and getting the payment proof hard copy and soft copy signed and sealed by the manager for the octa fx refund, even after sending this there is same reply for asking payment proof again. im literally tierd and exhausted with the octa fx support team.

i need to file a complaint for my money loss, time loss, and mental pressure they gave me when i was shouting for my money they cooly send automated reply keeping the fault on them.
